We respect and protect the privacy and security of our website users (“Users”).
This privacy policy (“Privacy Policy”) applies to data provided to us via the website maintained at www.dsoslo.no (“Website”). In the Privacy Policy, we describe what information we collect in connection with the provision of our services (“Services” or “Service”), as well as for what purpose and how they are used.
The term “data processing” used in the Privacy Policy applies to information provided voluntarily by Users, as well as information collected automatically (by the so-called “cookies”), and includes all operations on personal data, in particular collecting, recording, storing, developing, changing , sharing and deleting, made in connection with the provision of the Website and the provision of Services.
The primary purpose of data processing is to consistently improve the Website and Services so that Users can use them in the simplest and most effective way.
§ 1. Data administration
1. The administrator of personal data of Users who are natural persons is Grzegorz Mucha (hereinafter referred to as: “Grzegorz Mucha”), with its registered office c/o Adam Kubak Ringshusveien 25, 1176 Oslo, NIP: 921 890 338. . Grzegorz Mucha processes personal data of Users who are natural persons in accordance with the provisions on the protection of personal data, in their wording resulting from current laws, as well as in accordance with the provisions of other generally applicable legal acts.
2. Personal data is provided by Users who fill in interactive forms posted on the Website. The user is not obliged to provide us with his personal data. However, the User’s refusal to provide or share data necessary to provide the Services results in Grzegorz Mucha’s justified inability to provide them, and may also limit the User’s access to the Website or its individual functionalities.
3. Grzegorz Mucha processes Users’ personal data primarily for the proper provision of the Service, as well as for the purpose of direct marketing of its own products and services or as part of the legitimate interest of the personal data administrator. Grzegorz Mucha processes personal data in the following scope: name and surname or company/name, telephone number, e-mail address, website URL and all personal data provided by the Users themselves in e-mails sent, as well as data listed in § 4 para. . 1.
4. Personal data referred to in point 3 above may be entrusted for processing to IT service providers, providers of accounting and billing services, or other suppliers acting on behalf of Grzegorz Mucha, solely for the purpose of providing services to Grzegorz Mucha.
5. Grzegorz Mucha provides Users with the exercise of rights under the provisions on the protection of personal data, including the right to:
a) access to your data and their correction, rectification, deletion, limitation, sharing, transfer and objection to their processing;
b) withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data at any time, with the withdrawal of consent not affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;
c) lodge a complaint with the supervisory body dealing with the protection of personal data if it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the general regulation on the protection of personal data of April 27, 2016. In order to exercise the rights referred to in the preceding sentence, the User may send relevant message by e-mail to post@dsoslo.no.
6. Personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to provide services to Users.
§ 2. Data safety
1. User registration and authorization processes are handled using a secure SSL protocol.
2. Only trained and authorized Grzegorz Mucha employees have access to personal data.
§ 3. Data recipients
1. Data collected and processed by Grzegorz Mucha may be disclosed to third parties in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law if such disclosure is considered necessary for:
a) protect the rights of Grzegorz Mucha or third parties;
b) protect the safety of the public or others;
c) prevent or stop unethical or offensive activities; and in any other cases required by law, in particular in cases of suspicion of committing a prohibited act or infringement of intellectual or industrial property rights.
2. Subject to sec. 1 of this paragraph, we do not transfer, sell or disclose Users’ personal data to other persons or institutions, unless it is done with the express consent of the User.
3. We reserve the right to disclose aggregate, general statistical statements regarding Users to companies and websites cooperating with us.
§ 5. Technical issues, deletion, data retention
1. When browsing the Website, our servers automatically collect information sent by the browser and contained in system logs. This information may contain various data, in particular e-mail address, IP address, browser type, website visited immediately before entering our Website, time of entering the Website and other statistical data, and may be used by Grzegorz Mucha in order to conclude, changes, termination of the contract with the User, ensuring the highest quality of the Services provided, and also for technical and statistical purposes.
2. As a rule, Grzegorz Mucha will stop processing the User’s personal data after the end of using the Service. After using the Service, Grzegorz Mucha may process data:
a) necessary to settle the Service and pursue claims for payment for the use of the Service;
b) anonymised, necessary for the purposes of advertising, market research as well as Users’ behavior and preferences, with the use of the results of these studies for the purpose of improving the quality of services provided by Grzegorz Mucha, with the consent of the User;
c) necessary to clarify the circumstances of unauthorized use of the Service;

3. If Grzegorz Mucha receives information about the User’s use of the Service contrary to the regulations or applicable regulations (unauthorized use of the Service), Grzegorz Mucha may process the User’s personal data to the extent necessary to determine the User’s liability, provided that it is recorded for the fact of obtaining and the content of these messages.
4. Grzegorz Mucha may notify the User of his unauthorized activities with a request to stop them immediately, as well as to exercise the right referred to in par. 2 and 3 of this paragraph.
§ 6. Cookies
1. Grzegorz Mucha uses “cookies” text files. A “cookie” is a small piece of information placed at the request of our server (first-party cookies) on the User’s telecommunications end device (e.g. computer, smartphone, etc.) when visiting the Website, which the server can read when reconnecting from this device. The use of cookies is aimed at the correct operation of the Website on the Users’ telecommunications end devices; this mechanism does not cause configuration changes in the Users’ devices or in the software installed on these devices.
2. Grzegorz Mucha uses the following types of cookies:
a) session cookies – they are stored on the User’s telecommunications end device only until they stay on the Website, turn off the browser or log out of the Website; and
b) permanent – stored on the User’s telecommunications end device for a specified period of time or until they are deleted by the User.
3. Grzegorz Mucha uses cookies for the following purposes:

1. Grzegorz Mucha reserves the right to send commercial information to the Users who have subscribed to the newsletter regarding the activities of Grzegorz Mucha and the activities of partners and contractors of Grzegorz Mucha.
2. Each newsletter recipient has the right to stipulate that they do not agree to receive commercial information from Grzegorz Mucha by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link.
§ 8. Minor
1. The website is intended for adults.
2. Persons under the age of eighteen may use the Website and the Service only with the knowledge and consent of their legal representatives. Minors are asked not to provide us or Users with any information through or in connection with the Website, in particular personal data.

1. The website may contain links that, if clicked, redirect the User to an external website. The existence of links cannot be equated with any kind of relationship between Grzegorz Mucha and the entity to which the external website belongs.

Grzegorz Mucha is in no way responsible for the effects of such redirects, has no influence on the content of external websites, is not responsible for the content of the privacy and security policy applicable on these websites, or for the cookies used when browsing them.
