Prosthetics

Prosthetics is a branch of dentistry that deals with the restoration of teeth and their functions when natural teeth have been damaged or have been completely lost. Dental prosthetics deals with the design, manufacture and use of all kinds of prosthetic restorations that allow you to restore the aesthetics and full functionality of the teeth.

Dental surgery and implantology

Dental surgery is a field dealing with, among others, removal of teeth, treatment of periodontal diseases, removal of cysts and tumors of the oral cavity, as well as reconstructive procedures. Dental implantology is a field ealing with the reconstruction of missing teeth using dental implants that are permanently embedded in the jawbone or mandible. Dental implants are made of biocompatible materials that ensure long-term and effective tooth reconstruction.

Orthodontics

Orthodontics using aligners, also known as orthodontics without appliances, is a modern method of treating malocclusion with the use of transparent aligners. The aligners are made of a flexible, oral-safe material that perfectly fits the patient's teeth. During orthodontic treatment with aligners, the patient receives a set of aligners that must be replaced approximately every 1-2 weeks. Each subsequent pair of aligners is slightly different from the previous one and gradually moves the teeth towards the correct position. The overlays are almost invisible, thanks to which the patient does not have to worry about the aesthetic inconvenience associated with traditional braces. Orthodontics using aligners is an effective method of treating malocclusion which I recommend to all patients in need of this kind of treatment.

Tray Bleaching

Tray bleaching is one of the methods of teeth whitening, based on the patient using transparent trays filled with whitening gel. The trays are custom made in my laboratory, so they fit perfectly. To perform tray whitening, I first take a digital impression of the patient's teeth, on the basis of which trays are made in the laboratory. Then the patient receives a set of trays that are filled with a whitening gel. Trays are placed on the teeth and worn for a certain period of time (usually from several days to several weeks). The whitening gel contains hydrogen peroxide or carbamide, which penetrates the structure of the tooth, breaks down impurities and reduces the visibility of discoloration.
